Breigh is a Savannah native, wife, and mother of two boys, a fitness lover, and an adventure seeker. She has spent years in retail and hospitality and eventually found her way into the fitness industry.  As a personal trainer and instructor, she motivated those around her and helped others reach their goals.  This is where her path crossed with Leah’s.
