Molly Thomas hails originally from South Georgia but has called Bluffton home for over 18 years. Her vast experience in the Custom Homes, Marketing, Design, and Lifestyle business over the past 20 years helps her to execute the Leah Bailey Interiors brand in the best way for all of our clients and the team alike. She handles the growth, day to day operations, procedures and processes for LGB with the utmost precision and grace.

When not working to grow the business she loves to travel and explore the Lowcountry and beyond with her husband Josh and their 3 girls Amelia, Piper, and Ramsey.
